Why must I answer the questionnaire of luggage safety before checking in at the airport?
For the safety of all passengers. It will allow you to place in your
luggage the metal or sharp objects and liquids prohibited in the flight
cabin; and thus enjoy a stress-free boarding. It is compulsory.
The booking system is not working

You had booked a luggage removal service and no one showed up
You must immediately call us at 0892 232 231*, at 8:00 pm at the
latest, in order for us to send another driver to pick up your luggage.
You arrive at the airport and your luggage is not at the desk.
You must check in, in order not to miss your flight. During that time,
our members of staff will do their best to find your luggage.
A) Your luggage is found in time. You must then go back and check in your luggage
B) Your luggage is found but check-in is closes. We contact the airline
company and negotiate a late check-in (however, we do not guarantee the
result).
C) Your luggage is found but it is too late. We make sure that it is sent to you on the next flight.
