1/ General conditions of sale
Article 1 / Object
• Libertybag carries your luggage to/from your home (or work office or hotel) to/from the airports of Roissy CDG or Orly
• Are considered pieces of luggage your personal things stored in bags
or suitcases. This does not include perishable goods or animals.
Article 2 / Application of the General Conditions of Sale
• The customer who books the service of luggage transport on the website www.libertybag.fr must know that:
• Making a reservation on the website implies full, complete and
irrevocable adhesion to the present general conditions of sale. This
does not include other documents such as magazines or flyers published
by LibertyBag or one of its partners since they only have an
informative value.
• No particular condition requested by the customer, except if
LibertyBag officially accepts and signs it, can prevail on the present
general terms and conditions. Therefore, any contrary condition will
not prevail on LibertyBag’s hereby conditions, unless accepted and
signed by the company, which ever the moment in which the condition is
brought to its knowledge.
• Libertybag has the right to modify, at any time, the presents terms
and conditions of sale. The applicable conditions will be those in use
on the day of the reception of the order.
• The fact that LibertyBag may, at a certain point in time, not insist
upon or refer to the present terms and conditions, must not be
interpreted as a valid and final renunciation by LibertyBag to insist
upon its rights at a later moment in time.
• LibertyBag will only take the booking in consideration once it has
chosen to accept the customer’s order and sent a confirmation email to
the customer.
• The booking is taken into consideration once the “confirm the
booking” link (at the bottom of the page) link is activated, implying
that the customer accept the booking process and the terms and
conditions.
• From a common agreement by the different parties, the data registered
by the company LibertyBag serves as proof of the nature, the content
and the modalities of the date and the fee of the booked transport
service.
• It is the customer to request that LibertyBag pick up the luggage from the chosen airport and carry it to the chosen address.
• The customer must make sure that all the information given to
LibertyBag is correct and sufficient to allow a quality processing and
delivery of the luggage (ex. Digicode number, telephone number…)
• The price of the product is presented all taxes included and also includes the fee for the transport and delivery.
• The customer must honour the payment of his booking registered on
Internet, according to general terms and conditions of sale, with a
payment card (identification number, expiration date and cryptogram are
only for Bank cards)
• Libertbag guarantees a secure payment. All information exchanged
between the customer’s computer and our website is coded and cannot be
read or understood.
• If the case arises that the payment card requests systematically an
authorization for payment: any authorization refusal, which ever the
reason, will force LibertyBag to not follow through with the
reservation.
• After reception of the booking confirmation, the web customer will be
given seven days to withdraw, starting from the day next to the
confirmation. The customer’s right prevails unless the delay of
reservation was inferior to seven days.
LibertyBag’s responsibility covers indirect, direct, material damage,
within the limits of the threshold authorized by the current insurance
contract in the case of luggage damage. Since the removal of the
customer’s home to the airport and vice versa in the case of delivery.
All missing baggage on arrival at destination remain under the
responsibility of Air Carrier.
• For security reasons, it is prohibited to carry inflammable ,
explosive, corrosive or toxic substances; dangerous objects; animals.
The non respect of this airport legislation bind the customer only.
LibertyBag reserves the right to an eventual appeal.
• It has been expressly agreed that delays in the transport of the
luggage due to unforeseen circulation difficulties (traffic, deviation,
roadwork, social demonstrations, accidents, meteorological conditions,
events) do not give the customer the right to any kind of compensation.
• The customer’s attention is drawn to the fact that any reservation
made in a delay inferior to the seven days period giving the customer a
right to withdraw will imply that the customer loses his right to
withdrawals. The Internet client agrees to renounce to his right to
withdraw within the legal delay.

• If the customer remains dissatisfied, he must contact via post mail: LibertyBag 155 rue de Rosny 93100 Montreuil
• Delegation: the client gives delegation to the representative of
LibertyBag to act within his name when dealing with the State services
(customs, police…), in the case of a luggage inspection in which the
need to open the luggage would arise.
• The customer gives delegation to LibertyBag to launch the necessary
procedures with the airline company in the case that the luggage would
be missing upon arrival.
Article 3 / Price rates
• The prices on the LibertyBag website are expressed in the Euro
currency; are all taxes included and indicate the price rates applied
on the day of the reservation.
• In all cases, on the invoice will be written the date of payment.
• The price rates are given all taxes included and to an informative
purpose. This implies that the prices may be modified, at all times.
LibertyBag only takes responsibility for the price rate applied on the
day of confirmation of the reservation.
• In the case of a booking cancellation; a booking fee and a late cancellation penalty will be charged.

Booking fees amount to 7 euros. Any refund will be made by check or banking transfer.
Article 4 / Delivery
• The delivery will be made to the address chosen by the customer. If
at this address the receptor refuses the delivered luggage, the
delivery will be considered done and the customer will be informed of
it by email or telephone.
• In the case of absence of the receptor, the driver will leave a
calling card at the address and the delivery will then be considered
done.
• After finding the calling card, the customer must contact LibertyBag
to organize a second appointment. LibertyBag is free to charge the
customer a second delivery fee.
• The customer may change his delivery address up to 3 day before
LibertyBag is due to pick up or deliver the luggage. The customer may
do this only by contacting the call centre. In case the modification is
made too late, LibertyBag will not be held responsible if the luggage
is delivered at the first address.
• If the client refuses to take the luggage or if the delivery cannot
be made due to the customer’s incomplete or incorrect indications,
LibertyBag has the right to refuse to refund the payment made for the
delivery.
Delays
• The delivery will depend on the available logistic means and services and will be made in the delays contracted by LibertyBag.
• www.libertybag.fr will not be held responsible or obligated to a
refund or compensations in the case of delays or non-delivery, if the
circumstances are independent from its will.
Article 5 / Reception
• any
reserves about the delivery of a piece of luggage must be made to
LibertyBag in the next three days by mail or registered letter.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to prove the reality and assessed cost of the damage
Article 6 / Protection rights for private and nominative information
• Personal data requested by LibertyBag cannot, ever, be transmitted to a third party.
• The customer has a right to access and modify his personal data : my account
Article 7 / Applicable law and competent jurisdictions
• The French law is the only law applicable to these general terms and conditions of sale.
• Any litigation and any complaint related to the processing or
executing of the order or related to these terms and conditions will
appeal to the competent tribunal of Bobigny, to which was expressly
attributed the jurisdiction.
• This clause applies even in the case of recourse, incident, plural
defenders, ………, and whichever the type and means of payment. Any
eventual clauses to be found in the customer’s general conditions will
not, by any means, impede the application of the present dispositions.
2/ General conditions of the Transport Contract
This product is marketed via internet (www.libertybag.fr) and via a telephone call center for the bookings.
All reservations must made minimum three days before departure
You cannot book more than 7 pieces of luggage
The payment is to be made by credit card online or on the phone.
For the customers residing in Paris, the price for the transport of two
pieces of luggage is 30 euros (plus 8 euros for each extra pieces of
luggage).
For the customers residing in the region around Paris (77, 78, 91, 92,
93, 94, 95), the price for two pieces of luggage is 40 euros (plus 8
euros for each extra piece of luggage).
Your luggage will be wrapped and securely locked in front of you when
it is being picked up from your residence in Paris, and Ile de France
You are obliged to validate the luggage safety Questionnaire given to you by the driver.
In the case of a dispute regarding lost, late or damaged luggage, the
responsibility is that of the flight company, according to the Warsaw
and Montreal Conventions and the specific conditions they contain.
